Update - 20th February 2017

The first two performances of Side Effects” have now been and gone, and both were a resounding success. There are now just two more performances to go, the last of which has sold out. However, there are still a few tickets left for February 24th (see below for details). If you've not yet bought a ticket, there's still a chance for a great night out watching a hilarious performance from some very talented actors - what are you waiting for?

Coming Soon - Feb 2017

In February 2017 Scothern Players will proudly present “Side Effects” by Eric Chappell (the writer of “Rising Damp”).

"Frank is taken ill and whilst in respite care he encounters the Rev Paul who is recovering from a heart transplant and exhibiting odd behaviour. The donor of the heart was Melvin - a “wall of death” rider in a fairground. Could it be that Rev Paul has taken on Melvin’s personality traits as well as his heart? That would explain the behaviour...or is it just the side effects of the medication? Frank is delighted by the vicar’s fall from grace. A hilarious comedy ensues!"

Tickets are only £7.50 each - you can buy online by clicking the ticket source logo below (no booking fee if you print your own ticket) or by telephone on 01673 861412.

Performances on February 17th, 18th, 24th & 25th 2017. Tickets on sale now!
